Load Volume Systems (LVS)
Volume scanning provides the detailed insights necessary to optimize production loading and throughput. The LVS gives you the ability to accurately determine and apply your own compaction and bulking factor — measuring actual volume, not a converted weight estimate.
Block Mounted Fixed
For permanent locations. Hardwired to office for weather-protected access. Mains (line) power configuration for always-on operation.
Block Mounted Portable
For long-term installations or fixed locations. Built-in kiosk option. Portable with fork-slots and lifting points. Mains power.
Trailer Mounted Mobile
For short-term projects or multiple locations. Self-contained and towable. Multiple power options — mains, generator, or solar.
Custom Mounted
Universal mounting bracket. Applications include underground mine portal entry/exit and above large dumpers. Mains or 24VDC power.
CVS — Belt Conveyor Measurement
The LOADSCAN Conveyor Volume Scanner (CVS) measures and reports on bulk flow to give you enhanced production control and effective stockpile management. With measurement accuracy better than 98.5%, the CVS enables accurate, real-time inventory tracking and reporting.
The CVS can be programmed to start jobs and stop belts when target volumes are reached — providing greater production control. It's a non-contact technology, eliminating the need for regular and costly recalibration.
