Peristaltic pumps are widely used in mineral processing plants, chemical production applications and viscous or high percentage solid applications. Operated in the correct design environment of pressure, temperature and flow.

The MWR & MWS Peristaltic pumps have all the benefits of other peristaltic pumps and more, cast pump body with accurate machined tolerances. Rotating rollers for gentle hose compression or shoes for higher pressure application requirements. Independent bearing supported and sealed pump drive shaft. Our Peristaltic pump housing will offer smooth and efficient functionality.

MWR & MWS pumps are available in 11 sizes and provide flow rates of up to 48m3/hr and 150 psi discharge pressure.
MWR & MWS Peristaltic Pumps come equipped with a optional variety of instrumentation and automation including variable frequency drives, rotation counters for accurate flow measurement and hose leak detection to protect your processes.
Pump can be run without fluid/ product in the line.
9 meters of lift and full vacuum.
Capable of pumping higher viscosity than many other types of pumps.
There are two options for the hose compression assembly, a roller or shoe option to meet specific pressure and application requirements.
The pump can run in multi directions and can be changed at any point as required.
The peristaltic pump is manufactured out of mild steel, but can come in different types of materials for example stainless steel and exotics.
The main wearing item is the hose, the hose can be changed out fairly quickly and efficiently.
Accurate repeatable flow rate per revolution.
We provide different hose materials for different pumping applications which include natural, nitrile rubber and EPDM.

Slurry transfer, thickener underflow, solvent extraction pumping loaded organics, Potash slurries, electrolyte recirculation and reagent dosing.

Sludge, flocculant & sheer sensitive applications, clarifier scum and grit pumping.

Waste and slurry transfer.

Dairy, wineries and breweries. Reduction pumping and fish plant waste management.

Slurry transfer, drilling fluids and waste pumping.
Pulsations generated by a peristaltic pump in operation can be extremely damaging to the hose and the process system. Pump selection will consider these pulsations however when necessary it is possible to fit pulsation dampening equipment. Correctly sized pulsation dampeners and inlet expansion chambers will eliminate 90-95% of pressure spikes to protect the pump, pipeline and instrumentation. Each application will need to be assessed accordingly.
